Yes ...it could be MM's or other traders or possibly someone who just wants to sell 80 cents worth of PTSC...it's all a mystery...I do believe we will hear of a settlement soon though...IMO...if and when we do, that will underscore the fact that the new claim construction ruling is a game changer.
