I was certain that the news of the resignation of all the legal teams would have tanked the share price because at face value, it is hard to find a postive reason that this took place. Cash per share is $.0083 based upon $3,320,000 with 401,390,000 shares. My pipe dream is for all of the 13 defendants to pony up $1 Million for this to go away leaving us with $16,000,000.00 in the bank. We can then liquidate and distribute $.03986/per share.

I emphasize "pipe-dream". Maybe not to far off though if there is a pending settlement ready to be signed...
