...Thats great logic but you (and everyone else) base your strategies on the assumtion that PTSC has a management that is smart, tireless, competitive, forward thinking entity with the interest of monetizing its portfolio...
But you are right, we have to deal with existing management abilities or competencies....hmmmm!
