Not familure with the Peregrine license agreement. Peregrine is controlled by three independent board of directors, Swartz, Pohl, and Johnsons all of whom have ties with PTSC. Johnson is on our board, Pohl was our past CEO, Swartz is a major stock holder. Peregrine stock holders are trying to oust these guys from thier Board. Each pays himself $ 500 k annually  as a Board of director of a company that makes no profit .It appears That were getting Jhonson as a Boardmember cheap at a 100 k annually.
