We have all shared in great disappointment with PTSC for many years. I will not be suprised if the trend continues, although I continue to remain hopeful that this will somehow end up positive for the common shareholder.

Still begs to ask where, what and if Dominion has anything to do with this now. They may end up being just another mouth to feed...
