Now is this glass half full or half empty? Anyway, is it the first time, that defendants point out that PTSC´s tec-position is "only a theory"? If so, they seem to get a little bit nervious, on the tec side, no, IMO. Will be interresting to read Judge Chhabrias decision on Nov.30th.

I hope he will be wise enough to have a trial in order to sort out all of the "tec-experts" interpretations of the words.
