I wonder how closely the defendents accounting depts are weighing the cost of infringement vs legal fees they are incurring.

Given that the company is dying and the pathetic historical settlements I don't think it would be much to make PTSC go away.

Wasn't HTC $800K at something like (.00001 cent per chip)?
