I failed to mention that they also own a device called Elektra. It is a low-voltage device (can work off of a 9V battery) that when applied to a fuel injector or carburator it does the same thing to gas oir desiel. I changes it at a molecular level and increases fuel eficiency, At this point in time they don't ahve the resources to pursue this but both things were designed and patented by the Chair of the Physics Dept at Temple University, Dr Tao. Cool stuff!!!
