Hope to God this has some weight to it in making a difference. Wouldnt it be nice if we could see this turned a round as we have been screwed at everyturn by our partner, our board and it would appear to justice system. 

I pray we have one last fighting chance to collect from these MF.

Just got my proxy to vote. How is everyone voting? If we WITHHOLD ALL we'd have no one at the helm, do you think we notice a difference:)  Our BOD keeps collectijg checks, they better start earning it as our last hope and prayer is here.
