i just poted a reply to my own e-mail stating the reason for the ZTE attorney withdrawal - she left the law firm representing ZTE.

I also added my thoughts as to why ZTE might be motivated to settle if they felt things were not going their way versus say some of the other defendants.  We (TPL) have really no choice but to continue as this is the Hail Mary from our perspective.
