I would only point out that there are numerous filings on PACER, in two venues (CA & TX), some of them lengthy, some with many exhibits, some of which are also lengthy.

That`s a lot of paper to sift through, electronically or otherwise.

Unless some kind of agreement gets struck -- which would involve many, many lawyers and many firms, my guess is we still have a bit of waiting to do.
