To be clear, I don't anticipate anything (any oral hearings, etc.) until after the new year.  The December thing was just based on a variety of dates thrown out there by the court (that were rejected by many of the parties).  I guess the court tries to be accomodative on schedules, until they are feed up and not.  I am just surprised by the lack of activity on the docket.  I am not sure if we can glean anything from this or not....mandated attempts for the parties to try to resolve on their own..perhaps?
