1. do not know what to make of the Atty going away:  a)  slam dunk for them and he is no longer needed.  b) just not needed, they have other attys   c) maybe he gave incorrect information...

2.  700 page filing.  WOW.   it has been said if you do not want someone to read something, make it long...kind of like if you cannot tell me what you know in 5 minutes, you do not know what you are talking about....is the Judge really going to read 700 pages?   let us hope so...and that the 700 pages are convincing.

3.  oral arguments in Feb.   not so far away...   if we have something worthwhile, there will be negotiations between now the date for orals...if we are blowing smoke....we are S.O.L.

4.  if we have something wirthwhile, why would not one of the Companys have bought us out...and sought recovery from the remaining defendants?
