I don’t think someone would buy us out...not at this point as we lost leverage with the last court decision..if we win this time around, that could change.

I do think we still have some value but it all depends on this appeal.  Do we have a chance to win?  I would say yes based on the new counsel, differing arguments, and prior PTO history - but it will be an uphill battle.  Can’t predict court outcomes - too many moving parts and settlement is always on the table.  As to the various attorneys exiting the case, this could be for many reasons....fill in the blank.

We will know soon enough...and the arguments should be recorded and published...
