The judges on the panel seemed very well prepaered and versed in the science. I detected a little more pushback on our argument as opposed to the plaintiffs. But you never know what they are thinking and what their motives are for the tough questions. I get the feeling that they were more concenred about procedure and timing than they were about the science and patent itself...
