Wow, this litigation is still going on after all these years???  Was in here updating account email address for a second.  I just asked Chuck if he was still being paid a stipend by PDS as he was supposed to be so long as litigation continued.  Sorry to see you folks still out in the weeds.  My life experience based suggestion, for what it's worth, as a mere human of a certain age:  When a lawyer starts telling you what he imagines is going on inside a microcircuit, ask yourself if you would allow that man to diagnose a serious illness in your own body.  If the answer is "no", then why would you figure he understood anything about electronics either?  I was taught in 5th grade that "the Word is not the Tthing", and that what lawyers deal in is Words.

I'm happy to report that GreenArrays is working on its next thoroughly clockless chip, and that life here in Cheyenne is mighty busy (although a bit chilly, it being Winter on the High Plains of American Mongolia.)  I wish you all well!  Laurie, y'all still have an invite to stop over here and enjoy some righteous ribeyes.
