Dear Ron,

you assumed that with ``Sony out`` PTSC would have a disadvantage.

Do you see a possibility, that TPL/PTSC has negotiated a out of court agreement with Sony and they therefore won`t give further informaiton to keep claim-results against J4 non affacted?
