There are two diff motions proposed by M/TPLs counsil.. one to DQ, one to seal docs (exhibits) related to the motion.. I do not know how Fogel can grant their motion before the Feb 4th date... I hope it is a formality and these are sealed only until the Feb 4th date... but then WDIK..
