I couldn't agree more about Helmut.  He was so enthusiastic about, dedicated to, proud of and a believer in ShBoom and the future. When I earlier worked with him out of Monaco he'd do one-armed push-ups in the office and hunt mushrooms in surrounding forests and mountains.

So sad his health tumbled so quickly - he would never have put up with the shameful actions, inactions and greed of the three amigos and their co-conspirators.
