Not sure of the process but either the SCOTUS asked the defendants a question or they filed a request to be heard based upon the decision and are in total disbelief. For Samsung to file this request so quickly means they were probably seriously tuned in or on location for the answer.

I am seeing this as a positive sign. Let's see what is posted today, if anything, and let's see what the share price opens at.
