Doesn`t mean it would be good for PTSC shareholders. A QTR`s time plus a filing extention will pass before we even know if a royalty shedule was applied. Thats wrong. Another QTR. plus extention on and on... Another 10 licensing deals and people will get their wish to be rid of Swartz types only to have Pohl buy some useless company/tech and find a way to issue more warrants.
