A better understanding of what shareholders can expect from settlements,for one , would be helpful. Are there, in fact, different licensing programs suited for different types of infringers? What are the differences? Will royalties be required for certain types or only for late commers? Why should shareholders have to be guessing at the licensing plan? joe
