I speculate that it is a one-time payment. I also think though, that as soon as we get the first licensee with a re-curring payment stream, that the ones to follow thereafter will have a higher probability of also being re-curring. Additionally, there may perhaps be a different strategy taken with chip makers vis-a-vis system suppliers which could affect license payments.
