We had a 2 bit lawyer, he came to the shareholder meeting with a ponytail, hie name was Lecrone! Looked like and was a shyster, I should have sold, overheard someone saying the we're selling the next day. The company was full of useless individuals only concerned with themselves. We lost Helmut faulk, he would have controlled this, the only one with Brains died!! We ended up with Cliff Flowers, must have been a plant, he did absolutly nothing!!!! A Big Nothing!! The others, so called board members,  hung around for their weekley payroll check for also doing nothing. A pathetic bunch, maybe Karma will enter the lives of these crooks, they destroyed a few with their doings. I was new at the stock game, I learned don't be afraid to sell, especially when nice profits are there for the taking. I'm still working to make up for that loss. Good Luck
