I had workd with him based in Monaco on various Moscow deals. For a while we parted ways but we both ended up in the Bay Area. Gloria was his Accountant and paid my expenses as we planned the roll-out of ShBoom.
I was at PTSC alone in a room with him when he warned me his illness was serious. I never saw him again. He had asked me to be President of PTSC. Woody Norris agreed. I had to turn him down because pay was pretty much just stock, no salary. With two young chikdren I just coudn’t risk it. We would have made a great team, as we did in Moscow and elsewhere. He had SO many relevant contacts, worldwide.
