To clarify, I was offered the role of President by Helmut and Woody but turned it down. 

All stock I have owned I paid for on the open market. I trusted Helmut and was shattered when he died. I had known and worked with him for several years. That was why he approached me. I did some work with him to get ready to take the chip to market and it was at a related meeting down San Diego way that he took me aside and told me the grim news of his illness. I suspect that is why he wanted me to take the helm, but it just wasn’t the right time for me. When the “pump and dump” scam happened I was working all over the place, worldwide. Nobody could warn me.
