this post could give one a real headache. couple of interesting points for me. it does say on the bottom if edgepoint enters into a merger, all previous pages. null and void. lol.no not quite.be  a lawyer to understand any of it. one dollar is everything to everybody. that would be quite a reverse split for us. I get the opinion mateon management and edgepoint have different goals. reason for split. although it does say edgepoint is a sort of guardian in mateon affairs???? puzzler. there ia a more recent update on july 27? maybe shed some light. if any of this would pertain to ptsc is beyond any comprehension, except for timing. my view.
