Is Dominion still around for a "last hurrah"?  Now is the time to file paperwork, while the ARM/Softech/Nvidia deal is still being finalized.  Heck, just filing could be enough for Nvidia to toss out a couple of cents (or more) a share to make it go away and not hinder a $40 BILLION deal.
