OK, now how would this affect you and me? Suppose TPL, at the time of merger, had 30 mil in cash....would this go to the bottom line of the new public company and theoretically double our share price acoordingly? I have to imagine there are alot of negatives to explore. I somehow feel that the layoff of Corrigan has more to do with the new Intelasys venture.
