I don’t know why PTSC hasn’t changed to CPMV yet; I assume the switch will be made in the near future:

Re the ‘D’: I had to look that up. I quote: “signifies a split that affects the number of shares outstanding, or a new issue of shares.” It's just a way of letting people know that there's been a change.
