But what company do we KNOW that has a portfolio of patents regarding flash memory?, that are possibly (probably?) being infringed?, that once said (to me in early `00) that their intent was to pursue infringers once flash memory had become pervassive in the market?

If you don`t KNOW the answer, ask your sister.

PS: For you newbies here - I`ve been around PTSC since late `96. Made very first post on the (then good) RB PTSC board (where we, Moxa and I, were sometimes the only ones posting, and sometimes only a couple of posts per week).
