all you have to do is read what happened in this case to realize what thin ice they are walking on right now. If you notice in the case hx. that at one time the original patent claim was dismissed b/c they found that intl had claims to the patents---on appeal all kinds of problems started and they ended up in settlement and promising not to do it again. I would imagine that they have more than one governing looking over their shoulders.
