What is with these Flash and SWAT portfolios?

And why are they in the Alliacence hub of TPL?

My understanding is that Alliacence revenues afre split approximately 50/50 with PTSC.

Could it be that we`ll see another repackaging of Ignite/ShBoom technology? Or something else?

Anyone care to speculate?
