As shareholder representative, Brian should know from the number of shareholders who have said ``WE NEED A SHARE BUYBACK PLAN``. Sooner than later. While we are under a buck, buy back a chunk of shares.

Get Swartz out. Get Gifforn off the board.

Work with TPL and market a kickass chipset.

Have a 5 year plan to be listed on Nasdaq or other big board.
