im wondering if they need to do the R-split before getting on Nas to get the SP up for approval, but if that was the case - then they would have completed the R-split before applying

how easy or hard is it to get on the NAS ?

if we knew the Ratio - then you can plan on accumulation / outcome 

getting on the NAS - I'm going to think is a HUGE game changer and that there's a better outlook and these folks just might have something up their sleeve that will turn this into a Real Company that will attrack Real investors

just the fact that they are trying to get on the NAS, tells me someone is FINALLY Thinking
