not many shares have been Sold since the RS back in Dec 2020

so that indicates who ever is still here is left holding PTSC sahres and is basically still holding most of their shares, probably just on a hope that something comes of CPMV

you can go back and easily add up hte volumn since Dec 2020

we might see a some what a sell off in Dec 2021 for tax reasons

as to news, any good PR would bump this up, easily -- so

the ask doesnt matter -

it changes to often and you can put in a buy order lower then the ask and your order will probably fill or most it will fill
