I look @ that news as not significant.... The OS & warrants are what has held this one back over the last 15 mths... But lets be PTSC would not be around if it was not for the warrants & deals made years ago this news was expected.... I see a big change here I dont know who would want to sell or short this one... deals can happen @ any time... pending law suit/suits news.. possible deal... I have moved portion of holding in & out..I have made the descions to hold all now.... we have .06 to .07 cents a share in cash (OS shars may have changed)...

as far as the law suits for patten infringe,,,,, I get the impression it is solid from the 3 settlements... any one have a different outlook from a techincal side....
