we had them consolidated in the Oakland courts with the same judge a while back??? Did they somehow get all broken into separate cases again. We supposedly had something today against Toshiba and another one with Fujitsu scheduled for tomorrow which looks to have been cancelled? Can anyone make any sense of all this? Sorry haven`t been keeping track of all the court proceedings and didn`t realize how messy its become.
