The fact that Pohl didn`t stipulate this as a ``one-time`` dividend leaves the door open for this to continue.

Also perhaps this also tells us there`s nothing currently on the table for investment for a better purpose - Or perhaps it tells us they expect additional revenue, so this expenditure is small potatos in the grand scope of things.
