dot,
I don`t think that it is too far outside the box.
1) Moore has been working with TPL for many years. (this is according to Alliacence`s website)
2) We (PTSC)were granted the 336 patent
3) TPL became a PTSC shareholder
4) TPL offered to buy us
5) Intel evidently had a deal with TPL/Moore before we combined the portfolio.
6) TPL announced Intelasys (I know that everyone sees the ``Intel``)
I think that it is possible that Moore has been working on a new high powered chip and the 336 is needed or has been used in it. My intuition tells me that Moore is a very very decent man and I am happy that he is now on our side. I think that he can offer more help to the legal team in ref. to all of the patents involved( and who has borrowed them w/o contracting) b/c he worked on them.
I wish that we knew for sure--TPL/Intelasys is getting a high-powered group together. Good luck, ads
