Somebody refresh my memory. I seem to recall the threshhold for conversion of TPL warrants to be .50, .75 and $1. I believe it was 700k at each level. I viewed that as more of a PR gesture toward the long suffering common shareholder (kinda like putting baiji on an advisory board). That really is not much of an incentive to TPL in grand scope of events. Now TPL might consider acquiring control of PTSC in order to take it private with the view of taking it public again when revenues really start flowing. Does anybody know if the company has taken defensive steps to prevent such a move?
