Mr. Turley has served as expert witness in many previous patent cases and has a clearly established and much deserved credibility in the industry. Quite frankly, to make a statement like, Mr. Turley ``so what``, is almost shockingly clueless. At worst, we need board members and he is highly qualified. Sorry, I fail to see a ``lose`` to that.
