So does Turley have more credibility as an expert witness while he`s sitting on our board, or an an independent consultant?
And if he is to be used as a media outlet, why wouldn`t he have done this already? He knows who PTSC is. He`s been on their advisory board. He should be spreading the word already. Or could be hired for a short time to spread the word.
Board members are elected to make policy, give advice/direction. As a member of the board Turley could advise on what acquisition targets would be most suitable. He could advise on how to best market the inginte/inflame technology. As a member of the board he would be in a better position to make sure his ideas are carried out, and to personally benefit from them. I see a board seat as a long-term advising position. He becomes part of the company. A very powerful part.
