One perplexing part of the scenario you describe is that ``those in power`` (i.e. the board) own relatively few shares. In fact, I`ve never been able to develop a clear picture who the major shareholders are. Ironically, Giffhon, a board member and architect of our financing with Schartz, has been dumping shares all the way up as though he has no clue what is in the offing.
