technical representatives from the companies who have come to agreement with tpl/ptsc as professional technical witnesses for our position would this not be a big positive? They would not have to be introduced as being from a company that licensed our patents but just in the course of developing their credentials they told the judge and jury they were employed by amd, intc, hp etc.... As earlier post pointed out Turley would be a great witness for our side due to his professional credentials so would these other ``friends of ptsc/tpl``.

Of course this is all hypothetical and we are a long way from a jury trial if there ever is one.
