how about this:

PTSC lawyer to the jury: ``...whether or not the company has agreed to any settlements or licensing arrangements for millions of dollars from any UNITED STATES companies is to be of no concern to you, you are tasked with only determining whether these FOREIGN companies are infringing, and thus far getting away with not paying their fair share....``
