Boy did AMD get a sweet deal...they got the license at a bargain price and restricted shares that are now worth far more that the license cost. Frankly, I would love to see Schwartz reduce their holdings but we will know it in advance when they start. I believe the way the deal was structured they will only be able to sell over a period a many months.
