Don`t sweat it. IMO the ``Public`` company is very needed here! I believe that it gives companies like AMD a chance to buy our stock to offset the royalties or payment. I believe the AMD sweethart deal was a ``watch and learn`` start off to get the ball rolling. I`ll be supprised if HP and Casio hasn`t bought shares already. In the agreement with TPL, they retain the IP if PTSC is taken over, well.....no one will take us over.what would they have?

The 304million shares(plus to come) will be nothing if companies buy to hold and offset payment to us. If PTSC is designing itself as a dividend company, JUST for this case,

it will help to accel the licence agreements. IMO
