that were stipulated in TPL/PTSC agreement since we eclipsed the dollar mark today.

What`s going to motivate TPL to work for us at this point? PTSC offers no carrot now, but hopefully TPL will hold their PTSC shares and continue to work hard to increase their value. And they also continue to get the $500K per quarter fee.

What else could happen??
