They are to determine where the cases will be heard--Ca. of Tx.. IMHO, Ca would be OK. Take a look at T&T crew- I have confidence that they know what they are doing. I am still in hopes that these are settled outside of court. A couple of mor licenses might put the j4 over the edge and in the mood to settle. ads
